You will train alongside Thai fighters and follow a real Muay Thai training schedule used to prepare fighters for competition in Thailand.
Just bring a good mood and a towel. Hand wraps, gloves, and shin guards are included.
If you prefer to use a mouthguard for sparring, please bring your own.
The nearest airport is Chiang Mai International Airport. From there, it is about a 20-minute drive by Grab or taxi to our gym.

Fighters start with a morning run of at least 10 km at 07:00, followed by training sessions 08:00–10:00 and 16:30–18:30. Sunday is rest day.
That’s up to me, as your coach. I’ll look at you, and if you’re good you fight — if not, you don’t.
Coach Tam has been a Muay Thai trainer for over 10 years.
He spent 9 years as Head Coach at Lampang Sports School, helping build and prepare over 200 Thai fighters for real competition in Thailand.
In Chiang Mai, he previously coached at Dang Muay Thai and Santai Muay Thai before opening his own gym.
Coach Tam started Muay Thai at age 9 and has had 200+ fights in Thailand.
