You will train alongside Thai fighters and follow a real Muay Thai training schedule used to prepare fighters for competition in Thailand.

That depends on your goal.
If you want to fight, I’ll look at you, and if you’re good you fight — if not, you keep training.
If you want the experience of training and living like a Thai fighter, I recommend staying at least 3 weeks.

Fighters start with a morning run of at least 10 km at 07:00, followed by training sessions 08:00–10:00 and 16:30–18:30. Sunday is rest day.
That’s up to me, as your coach. I’ll look at you, and if you’re good you fight — if not, you don’t.
We teach Muay Thai only.
But all martial arts brothers and sisters from around the world are welcome to train with us.

Coach Tam has been a Muay Thai trainer for over 12 years.
He spent 9 years as Head Coach at Lampang Sports School, helping build and prepare over 200 Thai fighters for real competition in Thailand.
In Chiang Mai, he previously coached at Dang Muay Thai and Santai Muay Thai before opening his own gym.
Coach Tam started Muay Thai at age 9 and has had 250+ fights in Thailand.
